Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), in addition to, Discover, Diners Club, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay &

When will my order be processed?

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is verified, our team will process and prepare your order for shipment. Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons
or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

 How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?

In the rare case that you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, please

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in CAD Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or
defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know
if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please
remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process
and post the refund too.

How should I wash my Boreal Timber garments?

We recommend machine washing on cold and hang drying hoodies or toques to keep their shape and colour. However, we do advise tumble drying t-shirts on
low to maintain quality. As mentioned in the item description, we suggest being
a bit liberal on sizing as the shirts can shrink slightly when drying.

Hats can be easily washed by hand with warm water & dish soap.
